this "group version" of you sort of can't blame him was originally intended to never live online. it was supposed to only exist as an exhibition copy. an alternative to the internet-native version that provides a different viewing experience. however, we at luffa don't care much for that constraint anymore. so here it is.
when i started to entertain the idea of public viewings, i figured there had to be a different exhibition version -- simply because the video would be watched in a new (if not unintentional) context. so i put my computer on a rock in front of an artificial pond in Humboldt Park and filmed the playback of the original version. this "group version" was screened at the wretched nobles series as part of their "reality bites" program in june 2019, and is included in the [complete] black card edition: 2017-2023.

:: HEYY :: so welcome to the group version of you sort of can’t blame him. we hope you enjoy. but first there are some ground rules to go over.
(1) VIEWING CAPACITY this file is for group viewing only. if you are viewing alone, please refer to the individual version.
(2) SCREEN TYPE viewing should be on a desktop monitor, television, or projection system. please refrain from viewing the group version on a screen smaller than 19 inches.
(3) SOUND please present with sound on. speakers of any type at a medium to high volume are recommended. shared earbuds would be cute, but not the best for sound quality.
(4) OTHER VENUES there is no ideal presentation for the group version, aside from being with one or more individuals. at the moment there is no intention of hosting the group version online. though, obviously, things change.
